1. Customer books through website /app / call center.
2. The nearest partner driver is located for the booking.
3. The nearest truck is allocated to the client.
4. App/ SMS / Web based tracking activated.
How to Download and use the Porter App?
Step 1: Download the Porter App in Google Play store
Download the Porter App in iTunes- Apple app store.
Step 2: Login using mobile number, complete your profile and hit Register.
Step 3: Select the Truck and Hit Book Now.
Step 4: Enter Drop location, which displays ETA screen where you can select
• Mode of Payment: Either by cash or Paytm wallet.
• Apply coupon: If you have coupon, then you can apply it on this screen.
• Select Goods type and Quantity.
• Check Pickup and Drop location.
• Enter receiver contact so that driver can call this number at delivery point.
