How to do Complaint for Railway officials ?
There are totally 3 ways to do it.
1st way-Directly write a letter to Railway Officials.
2nd way– Enter the Complaint in Complaint Box.
In these two ways, you will not be able to track the status of your complaint.
3rd way-This one proves to be the best way to complaint i.e., through online or COMS App.

How to use COMS App
COMS App is an Indian Railways Official App for Complaint Registration. Now you need to know how to use Coms App to file a complaint against Indian Railways.
How to register a complaint using COMS App.
Step 1: Download and Install COMS App from Google Play Store.
Step 2: Go to “Register Complaint and Suggestions” .
Step 3: Enter the Complaint Details like Incident Date, Name of Staff, Place of Occurrence and Complaint reported by your name and contact number.
How to track a complaint in COMS App.
Step 1: Enter the reference number.
Step 2: Enter the Name of complaint.
Step 3: Enter the Contact Number.
Step 4: Enter the Date of Incident.
Step 5: Enter the Email Id.
Step 6: and then Submit.
